Damage Evaluation and Report Preparation 

Step 2.  Our team of licensed adjusters will perform a full inspection of your property to determine the extent and nature of your damages.  Complete with a full diagram, color captioned photographs and a line-item repair estimate, our professional report outlines in detail the claimed damage and proposed cost of repairs.  We use the same software program that most insurance companies use.

 Step 3.  We negotiate with the insurance company and their insurance adjuster to maximize your claim settlement.  If a satisfactory resolution cannot be decided at this level, we then go to upper management and continue negotiation.

ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Services

Only used as a Last Resort

 Step 4.  If Necessary-ADR is the next to the last resort is a formal avenue of dispute resolution…the Appraisal Process.  We provide appraisal, umpire and mediation services to resolve various types of disputes with your insurance company.  

 Step 5.  If Necessary-Lastly and rarely would be a formal lawsuit, which the insurance companies usually avoid.
